  A great experience on certain days. Today was a good day. Other days the service has been shocking. With delays, long lines waiting, mistakes in the orders. It would appear that the age of the staff on hand/in charge plays a big roll in how the prep staff perform.

  Stopped in with the family for a quick lunch when travelling back South. Slightly gutted that I waited 15 minutes for a coffee and then was told the machine was broken... Just wanted a sneaky caffeine hit before hitting the road again.

  The worst hungry jacks in qld food is allways cold dry and lacking salads and sauce don't bother asking for bacon it's so small it should be free not 1 dollar. The management are more concerned with meeting drive threw quota times even when drive threw is empty your asked to park and then have to wait upto 20 min for food which is supposed to be fast food. 1 in 10 times you can actually get a slurpee there normally half defrosted. Pick up the game hungry jacks or you loose me and my family who have been happy with your food for the last 40years this is by far is the worst store in australia.
