  STAY AWAY! This organisation is run by a rude, arrogant and officious man. We understand the original owner of 20 years who built the business has sold the business to the current owner! We have had nothing but false promises and lip service during the past 18 months of dealing with them! BEWARE - find another agent!

  As a tenant VIP are not good agents. They don't appear to pass complaints on to landlords so that problems can be fixed. They expect the tenant to maintain the property and when it doesn't meet their satisfaction you get issued with breach forms. I don't know how something is maliciously damaged through nature or something out of the tenants control
