  Good prices ..smiling staf. But walked around for a good 20minutes trying to find some fittings.No staff asked if they could help.

  I always use Bunninings in fact I have there four times this week I purchased some pedestal fans and made the mistake of showing the neibours who also wanted them so I have been backwards and forwards I think so far I have bought 10.

  Tried ringing them for 30 minutes on a Friday arv to ask about stock not available in hervey bay for a job on the saturday! No answer! Its not Brisbane! They couldn't possibly be that busy! Sooooooo frustrating when there's no longer any real competetitors to source products. Lazy!!!!!! Pity there's not a half a star!!

  It is difficult finding any staff member to assist you with finding what you are looking for or the right appliance,I went there this morning ,the only staff I could find were behind a cash register

  Would have to be the worst Bunnings store I have had to use. Depleted stock, lack of staff, lack of trained staff, staff don't want to be there because of the abuse they receive from the public through no fault of their own. Come on management get your act together, clean the store up, get some stock and make the store a bit more presentable. This will make for a better work environment and improve customer relations greatly. A little less money spent on Hervey Bay store and a reallocation of funds to Marlborough outlet would go a long way. Dont you think the people of Marlborough and surrounds deserve more.
