  I contacted another company in the area and they were so very, very helpful that I immediately decided to use them instead. They informed me that once they received said certificate and placed an order, delivery was guaranteed between 24 and 48 hours.

  I found this company totally and utterly unhelpful. I had recently moved to the area and had never had gas before. I rang them for their assistance, to be met with a total brick wall. The house had previously been serviced by them for over 10 years but I was told I had to have a Gas Compliance Certificate, but they would not/could not provide one. Then I had to provide said certificate and fill in an application form to be provided with gas I would be paying for myself and that, even if I got the Compliance Certificate, it would be well into the following week they could deliver gas (I rang on a Tuesday).
