  I feel completely ripped off. $154 to just swap the faulty new ignition coil i had bought for the original one that was on it previously. He was there for no more than 15 mins. I accept the $50 call out fee, but i can not justify the other $100. No wonder so many businesses are closing down. I wouldn't rip them off, so why do they think it's ok to do it to me .....

  excellent customer service,friendly and helpful owners and staff, had a faulty battery which was still under warranty, however i did not have purchase receipt as the previous owner of vehicle replaced the battery and battery warranty was non transferable, however they came to my house jump started the car so i could drive it to their workshop,they tested for electrical faults and found it to be faulty battery, even though the manufacturer would not cover warranty, they supplied and fitted a new battery with a full 3yr warranty of their own backs all with no charge to me, i would highly recommend this company, great ethical standards, and will definitely use them if required in future, great to see a company who still values the customer first.
