  Whilst visiting Maryborough our rear side window was shattered whilst legally parked opposite the Custom House/bond. Suspected a maniacal verge mower but cannot prove anything. I called Kingston's as an O'Brien franchise & was told to visit so they could clear out the glass & cover the gap so we could drive home 150km with the AC on. Upon arrival the vehicle was taken, we were ushered into the waiting room & it was then suggested they would call Suncorp/local O'Brien franchise on our behalf to get the wheels in motion. After about 20mins we left with a patched window & all the paperwork done & details confirmed with our local O'Brien branch. Full marks for efficiency, pro-active & empathetic approach to our problem. Good old fashioned country service and no charge.

  I would not recommend to anyone. Things I asked for did not get done, my paint job is bubbling and my passenger door was not fixed properly therefore it wont shut properly. not happy at all.
