You people suck. You do not know the rules in entirety concerning the new legislation re the 20 day rule on prescriptions. Close The Gap (CTG) is exempt. We have checked and not one doctor at Jema Clinic is aware of the rule changes! It is a pharmaceutical driven rule change, NOT a medically driven change! We won't be back to your establishment as you do not know the rules, nor do you know how to communicate changes to customers. Losing our linkage records for the purpose of maintaining threshold records was bad enough but experiencing your propensity to blame everyone else but yourselves for YOUR mistakes is the last straw. As I said- you suck and I am using this medium to communicate my anger as I would not be able to control myself if I did it in person. I give you 2/10. A few of your staff are nice.

Love dealing with the vivacious and enthusiastic Maree. She is always friendly, knowledgeable and a real breath of fresh air. Obviously loves her job. Amazing wealth of information on perfumed and cosmetics. Made me feel I had walked into a 'chic" French perfume boutique. Real asset to Priceline.

Regarding the 21 day rule that was introduced and the 1st December this year that most people are totally unaware of, I have had to pay for two scripts because of this with absolutely no explanation. The third time I asked why I was paying for something that I was out of, not getting early, I was told to read the tiny print on the script about when I could get the script refilled...not until 21 days. My script was for 2 weeks.. I phoned the doctors surgery as my doctor was blamed by the pharmacist for stuffing up my scripts (as he works at the hospital too much and wouldn't know what was happening in private practice). Well, not only did he not know about it, but all the other doctors were unaware of it as well; also the receptionists. So whose responsibility is to to explain to the general public what the new rules are? . The Chemist, that's who. But all they want to do is make excuses and blame everyone else. We are old, live over 45 minutes away, and to run out of a needed script and be refused a refill unless we pay, and don't have the money is not a very nice feeling. I have to now go back to my doctor when ever I can get an appointment, and get another script; meanwhile I am forced to go without my medication, which is not a good thing and will effect my overall health. We are well over the threshold, in fact we received a letter asking us to put in a claim for hundreds of dollars we had been overcharged. (computers fault) I am on CTG, and phoned another 2 pharmacists who told me I would NOT have to pay, regardless of the 21 days rule. At the moment, confusion rules and my partner and I are suffering. Just not good enough.
